The Script Check feature allows you to submit screenplay excerpts (up to 15,000 characters) for AI-powered analysis and feedback based on the methodology of Paco Wiser. Feedback is generated algorithmically and should be considered as educational guidance, not professional industry evaluation.
The Explore section provides curated film analysis across cinematic techniques including lighting, movement, composition, sound, color, and editing. This content is for educational purposes.
The Learn module offers a structured screenwriting program with exercises, personalized feedback, and adaptive curriculum. Progress through the program requires completion of exercises and gate assessments.
In accordance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689, Article 50), we inform you that:
Portions of the Service use artificial intelligence systems to generate feedback and analysis based on the methodology of Paco Wiser.
AI-generated content is clearly labelled as such within the Service interface.
While based on established cinematic methodology, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations.
CineCoach does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated feedback for any particular purpose.
AI-generated feedback is educational in nature and should not be relied upon as professional advice for film production, distribution, or commercial decisions.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
CineCoach offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free users may have limited access to features. The specific features and limitations of each tier are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time with reasonable advance notice.
All payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a Subscription, your contractual relationship for payment purposes is with Paddle. Paddle handles billing, tax calculation, collection, and remittance on our behalf. By purchasing a Subscription, you also agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. We may transition payment processing to Stripe, Inc. in the future and will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any such change.
All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, and other transaction taxes in accordance with local regulations.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@cinecoach.paris. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
If you are an EU consumer, you have a right to withdraw from your Subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Code de la consommation and Directive 2011/83/EU.
Exception for digital content: In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Code de la consommation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. When you begin using premium features (such as submitting a script for feedback or starting a Learn module), you will be asked to provide this express consent before execution begins.
To exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), you may use the standard withdrawal form available in Annex A of these Terms, or send a clear statement to info@cinecoach.paris. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction, via Paddle.
Refund requests outside the withdrawal period are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle’s refund policies. Contact our support team or Paddle’s customer support for assistance.
We may change Subscription prices from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of any price increase by email. Price increases will only apply to your next billing period after the notice period. You may cancel your Subscription before the new price takes effect. Your continued Subscription after the new price takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
